On February 20, 2025, Lennart Schott successfully defended his dissertation titled "Pathways to Competitiveness in High-Tech Industries: Technological Shifts, Standardization, and Regional Innovation" at the Institute of Economic and Cultural Geography.
The defense was chaired by Prof. Dr. Nadja Kabisch, and the examination committee included his supervisor Assistant Prof. Dr. Kerstin J. Schaefer, Prof. Dr. Ingo Liefner, and Prof. Carolina Castaldi (Utrecht University).
