After completing his studies in Economics and Sustainability Sciences (B.Sc.) as well as Economic Geography (M.A.), David Liman began his position as a research associate at the Institute of Economic and Cultural Geography at Leibniz University Hannover on April 1, 2025. During his studies, he worked as a student assistant in the research project “Sustainability Preferences of Retail Investors in Investment Advisory,” led by Kerstin Nolte. He also completed an international internship at the Research Center for Sustainable Urban Development (CEDEUS) in Concepción, Chile. His main areas of interest are co-creative processes, including real-world laboratories, as well as migration economics and transformation research. In his master's thesis, he focused on so-called leverage points for a mindset-shift in the context of sustainability transformation.
