Entrepreneurship in Germany and 48 other countries in 2018 is the focus of the recently published Country Report Germany of the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM), the world''s largest research consortium on entrepreneurship. The authors Rolf Sternberg, Johannes von Bloh (both based in Hanover) and Matthias Wallisch, Natalia Gorynia-Pfeffer and Armin Baharian (Eschborn) describe in detail Germany''s comparative strengths and weaknesses in terms of entrepreneurial activities and attitudes as well as entrepreneurial framework conditions, based on statistically representative adult population surveys and information from entrepreneurship experts.
